Marieta Carrero is a bilingual actor, singer, and dancer based in New York City.
She was born in Mayagüez, Puerto Rico, and was raised in Monterrey, México. She then moved to New York (with a quick pit stop in Boston) pursue her dream of becoming a storyteller. She graduated in 2014 from NYU with a BFA in Drama with a concentration in Musical Theatre. She has performed internationally at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, off-Broadway throughout New York, and regionally at Williamstown Theatre Festival. Some of her favorite credits include: bad things happen here (Edinburgh Fringe), Springtime (Williamstown Theatre Festival), Eyes for Consuela (Gene Frankel Theater), and El Laurel de Apolo (Repertorio Español).
